How often should I change the filter?

The service life of the CF filter is 6 months or 550 gallons; whichever
comes first will depend on the local water quality. This long lifespan helps save considerably on filter
replacement.

How do I replace the CF replacement water filter for N1 countertop reverse osmosis system?

Follow the instructions below:
1.Remove the water tank cover. Hold the
machine with one hand and remove the water tank with the other.
2.Open the system top cover, twist
the CF filter 90° counterclockwise to unlock it, and take out the old filter.
3.Remove the wrappings
and protective cap from the new filter.
4.Insert the new filter into its corresponding hole. Twist
the filter 90° clockwise to lock it in place.
5.Close the system top cover. Replace the water tank
after filling it with water, and then close the water tank cover.
6.Press and hold the CF filter
life reset button for 5 seconds until the system beeps. The CF life indicator light will turn blue and
later go out.
7.After resetting, it will flush automatically for 5 minutes. During the flushing
process, the outer ring of the display screen will light up, showing a dynamic clockwise
cycle.
8.After 5 minutes, the machine will stop flushing and display L1 to remind you to change the
water in the feed water tank. Take out the water tank, pour out the concentrated water, and add water
again.
Now you can use the machine normally.

What will happen if I do not change my filter when the filter life indicator light turns red?

Over-used filters will degrade the filtration performance, causing
contaminants to leak back into the water. This will adversely affect your health. To avoid this, we
advise that you immediately replace the replacement filter cartridge for N1 countertop water dispenser
if the filter life indicator light turns red.

Why is the filter life indicator light still red after changing the filter?

You have forgotten or failed to reset the filter life indicator light.
Please reset it again: Press and hold the filter life reset button for 5 seconds until the system beeps.
The filter life indicator light will then turn red and go out.

After filter replacement and flushing, the machine displays L1 to prompt a water change. Can I continue to
use it without changing the water?

After the CF filter is replaced, the machine will automatically flush for
5 minutes. The flushed concentrated water will return to the original water tank, resulting in
relatively more impurities in the original water. To protect the filter life and ensure you get only
fresh drinking water from the system, change the water in the feed water tank before using the system
properly.

Is the CF filter material safe to use?

Yes. The replacement CF filter for this N1 countertop reverse osmosis
water filter is made of BPA-free materials to protect you from the secondary contaminants in the filter
cartridge.

Does the installation of this CF water filter require tools or installation kits?

Thanks to the exquisite design, it is easy to install and operate this
system without any tool or other installation kits.
